Dr. Elizabeth Guerriero (Beth) is a high-level consultant specializing in the stabilization and operational transformation of mission-driven organizations. Beth brings nearly two decades of leadership experience at the nexus of the nonprofit, academic, and arts sectors. Whether serving as an Interim Executive Director or providing strategic advisory services, Beth provides the executive-level stability required to protect an organization's mission while preparing it for its next permanent leadership chapter.

An active leader in the nonprofit ecosystem, Beth serves on the boards of Women in Development-New Jersey (WID-NJ) and the Greater Philadelphia Suzuki Association (GPSA). Outside of her consulting practice, Beth is a vibrant community member committed to grassroots activism and board leadership with organizations like WID-NJ and GPSA. When she is not navigating institutional transitions, you can find her traveling to explore new landscapes, experimenting in the kitchen, or spending time at home with her two precocious cats.
